Q:

Why can’t I log in to this site?

A:

In an effort to deliver your BHC content with our latest technology, we have migrated your BHC content to our new Membership platform that we are calling ACCESS HCI.

Q:

Will my progress be migrated as well?

A:

Your progress will not be migrated automatically. We are actively working on products and tools that would allow your progress to be moved. If you would be interested in completing your BHC course and would like to learn more about this, please ensure that you have support@healthcoachinstitute.com added to your email contacts list. We will be delivering more information about this in the coming weeks.

Q:

If I’m already certified do I need to worry about this?

A:

No. If you are already certified, you will not need to worry about your progress. But your account will be migrated as well. In fact, due to being certified, when you migrate you will have Advanced Nutrition for Health Coaches loaded onto your course list on ACCESS. So we do encourage you to check out your account there. If you believe that you are certified but do not have access to ANHC please let our support team know via email at support@healthcoachinstitute.com.

Q:

Will my account login information be the same?

A:

You will receive an email from the ACCESS HCI email address (access@healthcoachinstitute.com) asking you to complete your account creation. Within this email you will have the opportunity to set your own password. This can be the same as your current password or you can change it to something new.

What should I do if I am having issues accessing or need assistance?

A:
