Update Credit Card


To update a credit card that you have associated with an active payment plan, please follow the below steps in order.


Step 1: Please fill out this form using the same email address you use to log in here and use the NEW card you wish to use for the remaining payments. Click add your new card to your account..


Step 2: You must now click here and submit this form to update your current payment plan. Note: If you do not complete this step, your new card will not be associated with your payment plan. Click here to update the payment method on your plan..
